Ski boot Heaven is a place where your boots feel warm and comfortable all day long. Our boot fitters can give you a pass to this paradise, but in order to get your pass you have to work with us. Allow plenty of time when you come into the store for a fitting and be totally honest with us about your skiing ability. Give plenty of feedback while you are trying on the boots and come back with any problems whilst trying at home. Boot Comfort Guarantee Try your boots at the shop for an hour or more. If satisfied, you must try them at home for a couple of days. If problems arise before your trip we will refit or change them at no extra cost. If the boots prove totally unsuitable once skied on and not more than 14 days use, you can return the boots and we will credit the purchase price less the comfort guarantee fee (approx. 33% of purchase price).
