Ski Service Price List N0 1 Service £17.50 For bases in reasonable condition only. The minimum amount of base material is removed with our wet belt sander. Base and side edges are sharpened. The ski is then buffed and waxed to finish. This service includes checking your boot with your binding, when collecting your skis. No 2 Service £20.00 As per service no 1 but using two belts; a heavier gritted belt for those rusty bases and then a finer gritted belt to finish the preparation No 3 Service £22.50 As per No 1 and 2 but including the repair of gashes in the base by floating P-Tex using a HRP Gun No 4 service £25.00 As per the others but the base is finished to perfection on our Wintersteiger stonegrounder. Note the stone will cut into the base giving it a structured finish and making it more receptive to wax. This will create the best gliding finish possible. No 5 Service £28.00 To include all the above, but also to include the ceramic disc to bring life back to your tired edges Stoneground Only £10.00 For bases in good order due to good home preparation. Our diamond cut stonegrounder will remove a micro amount of base leaving a corduroy like pattern which will hold the wax longer.
